We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department, assess patients with acute illnesses and injuries, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon arrival, prioritize care based on acuity, and perform triage as needed.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and identify changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
• Assist physicians with emergency procedures, trauma care, and resuscitation efforts.
• Provide care for patients experiencing medical emergencies, injuries, and acute conditions.
• Document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain patient safety and follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in CPR and other life-saving interventions as required.

Requirements:

-PALS
-NIHSS
-2 years of ER experience
