<ul><li>Strong Neuro ICU experience is mandatory.</li><li>Level II trauma experience is required.</li><li>Previous travel experience is required; first-time travelers are not accepted.</li><li>Active California RN license must be in hand.</li><li>Experience in a community hospital is required.</li><li>Must be willing to float to PCU/Telemetry and ICU overflow.</li><li>Local candidates are accepted at a lower bill rate; candidates living within 50 miles are considered local.</li><li>Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays.</li><li>Self-scheduling is available, with weekend coverage required.</li></ul><h2>2. Required certifications</h2><ul><li>BLS</li><li>ACLS</li><li>NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)</li><li>LA City Fire Card — must be obtained within the last 30 days.
