Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) – Night Shift

• Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour or 4x12-Hour Shifts | 36 to 48 Hours per Week
  • Schedule Structure: 12-hour shifts. Options for 36 or 48 hours per week.
  • Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Standard department schedule guidelines apply.
  • On-Call / Standby: No On-Call required.
  • Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Emergency Department. No floating required. Coordinated emergency nursing care, triage, patient assessment, critical drip titration, resuscitation, and interdisciplinary care coordination. EMR: Epic EMR required.

• Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
  • Minimum 1+ year of dedicated Emergency Room (ER) acute care nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Proficiency: Hands-on Epic EMR experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
• State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice strictly required IN-HAND at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
• Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
  • Active AHA BLS / CPR certification strictly required IN-HAND at submittal [HARDSTOP].
  • Active AHA ACLS (or ARC-ALS) certification strictly required IN-HAND at submittal [HARDSTOP].
  • Active AHA PALS (or ARC-PALS) certification strictly required IN-HAND at submittal [HARDSTOP].
