Description
- Shift: 12H Days 7a-7p, weekends as needed, first to float
- Department: Float Pool | RN
- Unit: Clinical Support Unit - RN Float Pool
- Shift Notes: 7a-7p, weekends as needed, first to float
- Charting System: EPIC
- Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
- Radius Rule: 50 miles
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 2 years experience in speciality and previous travel experience.
- What units are included in the float pool:
- ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, NICU at 3 facilities — Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
RNs will only float in their specialty, will never float to a lower acuity. Can also float to any facility to be a 1:1 sitter in any area.
- ER: 1:4
- ICU: 1:1-2
- MedSurg: 1:5
- Tele: 1:4
- Peds: 1:3
