Description

RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Illinois
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Holiday rotation required

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a mid-to-large-sized hospital. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.

Unit Details

Average deliveries: 230 per month
14 labor rooms
3 triage/overnight observation rooms
2 operating rooms
3 PACU rooms
4-bed OB Emergency Department (OBED) located off the unit

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience in a mid-to-large hospital.
Active Illinois RN license.
Current BLS certification.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Every other weekend.
Holiday rotation required.
