Opportunity Overview
Ardor Health Solutions is recruiting an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant for a home health assignment with CenterWell in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
You'll provide physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, functional independence and quality of life.
Assignment Details
- Monday–Friday schedule, with the workday continuing until assigned visits and responsibilities are completed
- Approximately 40 hours scheduled per week
- No guaranteed weekly hours
- Productivity expectation of 30 units per week
- Local travel and floating required
- On-call may be required depending on branch needs
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB), OASIS familiarity and previous home health experience required

This is a projected travel compensation package, not a weekly earnings guarantee. Final compensation and tax-free stipend eligibility are subject to verification.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia PTA license
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- At least two years of PTA experience
- Previous home health experience
- HCHB and OASIS experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
