Weekly Compensation
At 35 Guaranteed Hours: $1,749.37 Gross Weekly
- Taxable W-2 Rate: $15.00/hour
- Regular Taxable Earnings: $525.00/week
- Housing Stipend: $748.37/week
- Meals & Incidentals: $476.00/week
At 40 Hours Worked: $1,899.37 Gross Weekly
- Regular Taxable Earnings: $525.00/week
- Housing Stipend: $748.37/week
- Meals & Incidentals: $476.00/week
- Double-Time Rate: $30.00/hour
- Additional Double-Time Pay: $150.00/week for hours 36–40
Ardor pays double-time for hours worked between the facility's 35-hour guarantee and 40 hours.
Compensation is preliminary and subject to final approval, applicable stipend limits, and eligibility for tax-free stipends.

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 14-week travel assignment with Powerback Rehabilitation at Bourne Manor Extended Care in Bourne, Massachusetts.
This opportunity offers a daytime schedule in a rehabilitation environment, with 35 guaranteed hours per week and the potential for additional earnings when working up to 40 hours.
