• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Expected Hours: Up to 40 per week
• Float Locations: Logan and Logan South clinics

Estimated Weekly Compensation

At 36 Guaranteed Hours: $1,778.04 Gross Weekly

• Taxable W-2 Rate: $19/hour
• Regular Taxable Earnings: $684/week
• Housing Stipend: $618.04/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $476/week

At 40 Hours Worked: $1,930.04 Gross Weekly

• Regular Taxable Earnings: $684/week
• Housing Stipend: $618.04/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $476/week
• Double-Time Rate: $38/hour
• Additional Double-Time Pay: $152/week for hours 37–40

Ardor pays double-time for hours worked between the facility's 36-hour guarantee and 40 hours.

Compensation is preliminary and subject to final approval, applicable GSA limits, and eligibility for tax-free stipends.

About the Opportunity

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment with Upstream Rehabilitation in Logan, Utah.

This is an established outpatient environment with a busy orthopedic caseload and opportunities to work across two nearby clinics.

Clinical Details:

• Outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Typical caseload of 12–14 patients daily
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Floating between Logan and Logan South clinics
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Previous travel experience required
• New graduates and first-time travelers are not accepted
