• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 30 per week
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
• On-Call: None
• Experience: Prior skilled nursing experience required
• License: Active Tennessee PT license required

Estimated Weekly Compensation

At 30 Guaranteed Hours: $1,675.76 Gross Weekly

• Taxable W-2 Rate: $19/hour
• Regular Taxable Earnings: $570/week
• Housing Stipend: $629.76/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $476/week

At 40 Hours Worked: $2,055.76 Gross Weekly

• Regular Taxable Earnings: $570/week
• Housing Stipend: $629.76/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $476/week
• Double-Time Rate: $38/hour
• Additional Double-Time Pay: $380/week for hours 31–40

Ardor pays double-time for hours worked between the facility's 30-hour guarantee and 40 hours.

Compensation is preliminary and subject to final approval, applicable GSA stipend limits, and eligibility for tax-free stipends.

About the Opportunity

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at Signature HealthCARE of Erin in Erin, Tennessee.

This opportunity offers a daytime schedule in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting, with an expected 40-hour workweek and a 30-hour facility guarantee.

You'll provide physical therapy services to residents requiring rehabilitation, mobility improvement, strengthening, balance training, and functional recovery.

Clinical Requirements:

• Previous skilled nursing facility experience
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license
• Ability to independently manage a skilled nursing rehabilitation caseload
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
