Assignment Details
- Location: Lakewood, Colorado
- Setting: Home Health
- Office: 445 Union Blvd, Suites 222–223, Lakewood, CO
- Anticipated Dates: November 9, 2026 – February 28, 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Weekly Hours: Full-time schedule anticipated; hours not guaranteed
- Productivity: 30 points per week
- On-Call: None
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile
- Experience: One year of home health experience preferred
- License: Appropriate PTA license required
- Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
Preliminary Compensation
Approximately $1,367 Gross Weekly at 40 Hours Worked
- Taxable W-2 Rate: $15/hour
- Housing Stipend: $291.38/week
- Meals & Incidentals: $476/week
- Mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel

About the Opportunity
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a home health opportunity with BrightSpring Health Services in the Lakewood, Colorado area.
You'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing individualized rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities include following established treatment plans, assisting patients with mobility and functional activities, documenting progress, communicating with the care team, and supporting continuity of care.
