Licensure

• Active Massachusetts RN License required at the time of submission.
• Permanent Massachusetts licensure is required.
• Temporary or conditional licenses are not accepted for submission.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required.
• Some specialty positions may require additional experience based on unit needs.
• Unit-specific requirements take precedence over general requirements.

Employment History

• Complete 7-year work history required at the time of submission.
• All employment gaps and prior work history, including non-nursing positions, must be accounted for.

Additional Requirements

• Full Social Security Number (SSN) required at submission.
• Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler.

Vaccination Requirements

• Influenza vaccination is required.
• No exemptions or declinations will be accepted, including medical exemptions.

Local Candidate Policy

• 60-mile radius rule applies.
• Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate.

Schedule & Contract Information

• 36 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts may be required.
• All extension contracts are subject to a 3% bill rate reduction.

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

• Shared housing is provided by the facility at no cost.
• Housing is for the traveler only:
  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • No overnight guests
  • No spouses, partners, children, or roommates permitted
• Travelers must be able to live independently in shared housing accommodations.
