💪 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients in a private practice outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training as clinically appropriate.
• Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, musculoskeletal conditions, and functional limitations.
• Help patients return to daily activities, recreational interests, and functional goals.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and individualized home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Active Nebraska Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic or private practice experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and patient care skills.
• Ability to manage an outpatient caseload and collaborate with a rehabilitation team.
