Are you an experienced NICU RN looking for flexibility and competitive pay? We are seeking skilled Level III NICU Registered Nurses to join our team in Clackamas, OR on a true per diem basis. Pick up shifts based on facility needs while making a difference in the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support families throughout the patient's care journey
• Respond effectively to neonatal emergencies

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Recent NICU experience required
• Level III NICU experience preferred
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity setting
