Description

Assistant Pharmacy Manager

Location: Sulphur Springs, TX
Work Type: On-site

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Pharmacy Manager/ Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead pharmacy operations, manage a large team, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role combines clinical oversight, team leadership, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 40+ pharmacy staff in an on-site and remote environment.
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency.
Improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor business, clinical, and service performance metrics.
Ensure accountability and compliance across pharmacy operations.
Build strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing.
Proven pharmacy operational leadership experience.
Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
Holiday and weekend availability may be required.
On-call responsibilities.
