Assignment Details
- Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week.
- Specialty: Med/Surg.
- EMR: Epic.
- Patient Ratio: 1:6.
- Certifications: BLS required.
- Travel Radius: Must live more than 50 miles from facility.
- Locals: Not accepted.
- Floating: Required to units of equal or lower acuity.
Unit Information
- Med/Surg patient population.
- Telemetry monitored in a centralized unit.
- Free-floating Charge Nurse.
- House Discharge Nurse floats across all departments.
Key Requirements
- First-time travelers welcome.
- Must meet the 50-mile radius rule.
- Epic charting experience.
- BLS certification.
- Must be comfortable floating to other units.
