Weekly Travel Gross: $2,230.85

Required Skills

Active RN license in Florida or a Multi-State Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) state (in good standing)
BLS (American Heart Association)
PALS (American Heart Association)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification
Strong emergency nursing fundamentals:
- Multi-system assessments (cardiac, respiratory, neuro) and reassessment
- IV starts/monitoring, specimen collection, point-of-care testing
- Medication administration and assistance with procedures (including sedation per policy)
Confident EMR/computer skills and thorough clinical documentation
Clear written/verbal communication and effective teamwork in a high-acuity environment

Nice to Have Skills

ACLS (American Heart Association)
TNCC
Prior pediatric emergency nursing experience
Experience caring for behavioral health patients using non-violent crisis intervention strategies

Preferred Education and Experience

2–3 years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience
Prior pediatric ED experience strongly preferred
