Is on call required?
• Yes, approximately 5–6 nights of call per month are required
• Weeknight call begins at 5p and ends at 6:30a the following morning

Which certifications are required?
• ACLS and BLS are required
• RCIS or ARRT certification is required

Are there any time off restrictions here? If so, what are they?
• One pre-approved time-off request is permitted per contract

• This is a Cath Lab Tech position in the 2 North Cath Lab at LBH – Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland
• The department has approximately 5 procedure rooms
• Average daily census is approximately 20 patients with approximately 15 visits per day
• The department supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures...
Any additional experience requirements?
• Strong vascular procedure experience is required
• Must be proficient scrubbing and monitoring cardiac and vascular procedures
• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization experience is required
• Experience with TAVR, AAA repair and STEMI cases is expected
• Pacemaker and defibrillator insertion/removal experience is required
• AICD insertion and programming experience is required
• Peripheral angiography experience is required, including lower-extremity angiograms and carotid stent procedures
• Must be comfortable recognizing life-threatening dysrhythmias
• Room circulation and maintaining a sterile field are required...
What cardiac procedures should the traveler be comfortable with?
• Adult diagnostic catheterizations
• Left and right heart catheterizations
• Cardiac stent placement
• PCI and PTCA
• Rotational atherectomy
• IABP placement/removal
• Cardiac implant closure devices
• Scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures...
What equipment experience is preferred?
