Description
RN - Intermediate Care (IMC)
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Active Colorado or Compact State RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- ACLS Certification (AHA).
- NIHSS Certification.
- TNCC - Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patients' health status through ongoing assessments and data collection.
- Provide patient education, health counseling, and supportive nursing care.
- Administer treatments and execute delegated medical functions.
- May be required to float to other departments within their scope of competency.
- On-call availability during scheduled shifts may be required.
