Shift: Night Shift, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM
Schedule: 4x10s, Tuesday–Friday
 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience listed in the job description; general compliance notes mention 18 months. Confirm the accepted minimum.
• ARRT (CT) certification.
• BLS.
• Indiana license or applicable state license must be in hand before submission/start, as required.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates accepted.

Clinical Experience & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans primarily for Emergency Department patients.
• Handle a wide variety of cases from a Level III Trauma Center.
• Perform CT imaging of the head, brain, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, neck, and vascular areas.
• Prepare and administer contrast media.
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture.
• Follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures.

Equipment & Systems:

• GE CT equipment.
• PACS.
• Cerner experience preferred.

Facility Details:

• 350 beds.
• Approximately 180 CT scans per day.
• Patient population includes neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• 40 hours of orientation.
• Community hospital experience required.

Schedule & Holiday Requirements:

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays.
• Floating is required for all travelers, within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
