CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Roles and Responsibilities :
Perform CT scans (Computed Tomography) according to physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the scanning process.
Review patient history, verify patient identity, and assess safety concerns before imaging.
Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Administer contrast media as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
Operate and maintain CT scanners and related imaging equipment.
