Description
Community Health Nurse (Home Health RN) | Pittsfield, MA.
Facility: Berkshire Health System
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week
On-Call: Yes
Weekend: Every 3rd Weekend
Holidays: 1–2 Holidays / As Needed
Requirements: Active Massachusetts RN License, AHA BLS, minimum 1 year of acute nursing experience, home health experience, Certified Home Health experience with OASIS proficiency, valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance. BSN highly preferred. Infusion Therapy Certification preferred. Must pass N95 fit testing. Previous hospital-based experience preferred.
