Shift Requirement[/mark]s: M-F 8am-5pm
Are 40 hours guaranteed: No
On Call Schedule: Yes, admin call would be every other week
License Requirements: GA License or compact licenses
Required Skills:Clinical Manager experience, HCHB, OASIS, Home health experience.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered to patients within their assigned area. This role collaborates across disciplines and departments to improve patient outcomes and demonstrates professional leadership in clinical practice. The Clinical Manager works with a high degree of independence while aligning with clinical support teams to achieve optimal clinical and satisfaction outcomes. The role ensures compliance with practice standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, and drives efficiency in care delivery. The Clinical Manager oversees day-to-day clinical operations, supervises and develops clinicians and direct-care staff, and supports business growth, performance goals, and quality outcomes.
