Description

Minimum of 2 years experience in an emergency department setting.
Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
Demonstrated ability to quickly assess and prioritize emergency presentations.
Skilled in using emergency department equipment and electronic health record systems.
Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities in high‑stress situations.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and staff.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient clinical environment.

Cons

Ratio 1:6 and heavy psych so average night can be heavy.
