Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee daily nursing operations, patient care delivery, and nursing staff within the Medical-Surgical department.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage resources while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical nursing leadership or management.
