• Shift: MON/TUES/THURS 7 PM - 7:30 AM
• Call Requirement: Approx. 2 shifts per month
• Patient Ratios: 1:3

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years
• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT CT
  • ARRT R
  • BLS
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • IV Certification (for LPNs)
  • Basic Dysrhythmia exam (for RNs and LPNs)
  • Tech Cert Verification - National
  • NURSYS Verification (for RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • State License Verification
  • HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement

Additional Requirements

• Health Documents:

  • Physical Exam (within the last 12 months)
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
  • Vaccination records for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
  • Drug Screen (within 30 days of start)
  • Flu Vaccine (during flu season)

• Background Check:

  • National Criminal Check
  • State Searches (10 years)
  • County Searches (10 years)
  • SSN Trace
  • National Sex Offender Check

• References:

  • 2 Professional References (within 3 years)

• Education Verification:

  • Verification of highest level of education with official transcript or diploma.
