Progressive Care Unit RN

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Middletown, Ohio
• Winter contract option: 13 or 18 weeks
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Based in the Progressive Care Unit

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Stepdown experience within the last year
• 1 year of Stepdown experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• Experience with Epic

Floating

• Traveler will be first to float at discretion
• May float in and out of the specialty cluster
• May be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including High Risk Respiratory Unit/Covid

• 3x12 or 4x12 shift option is listed in the source
• Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives
• The facility may cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
• The agreement may be canceled with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine
