Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Pasadena, California
- 8 weeks
- Evening shift: 3x12 hours, 15:00–3:30
- Weekends only: Friday/Saturday/Sunday schedule
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- May be required to take call
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience in ED - Emergency Department
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Experience with Epic
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Driver's License
Preferred
- Booster preferred, but not required
Additional Requirements
- 2 references required, supervisor level or above
- 7 years of employment history with no gap more than 30 days
- Current skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of assignment, updated annually
- Physical exam within 2 business days of signing contract
- Fit mask within 2 business days of signing contract
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 2 business days of signing contract
- Negative TB or chest X-ray within 2 business days of signing contract
- Rubeola (Measles) within 2 business days of signing contract
- Mumps within 2 business days of signing contract
- Rubella within 2 business days of signing contract
- Varicella within 2 business days of signing contract
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation required for current flu season
- Photo for badge
- TB screening questionnaire
- Meal waiver
