Role Overview

• Travel/Contract Registered Nurse role in Wichita Falls, Texas.
• Primarily supports Med Surg and must be agreeable to floating.
• 13-week contract.
• Night shift: 19:00–7:00, with either 3x12 or 4x12 scheduling.
• 36 hours per week.
• 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee.
• Must agree to a 36/48-hour alternating schedule.
• Weekends are required as needed, and may include most weekends during the contract.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules cannot be approved.
• RTO that spans all holidays is not accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience).
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• ACLS.
• BLS.
• PALS.
• NURSYS verification within 30 days of start.
• State license verification within 30 days of start.
• Background check within 1 year of start.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start.
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start.
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam.
• Competency Exam.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Rubeola (Measles).
• Mumps.
• Rubella.
• Hepatitis B.
• Varicella.
• Drug testing.
• Flu vaccination/documentation.
• COVID vaccination documentation.
• 2 references within 3 years of start.
• Resume/application.
• Skills checklist.
