Job Opportunity: PT Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Job Details

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8 days)
Call: Required 1 Sunday every 5 weeks
Weekend Rotation: Every 5th week, take 2 days off during the week and work Saturday and Sunday to perform admissions
Coverage Area: 13 counties in Missouri (including Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, Dekalb, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Platte, and Worth)
Dress Code: No printed scrubs; black, grey, or khaki pants with polo or scrub top

Required Qualifications

License: Valid Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license (Primary source verification required within 30 days of start)
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC accepted
- DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health Physical Therapy required
Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

State Specific Search: Missouri EDL Search within 30 days of start

- Physical exam within last 12 months (not required annually)

- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, with annual updates

  - Varicella
- Drug screen within 30 days of start (not required annually)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (mask required if exempt)
