Overview

• Travel/contract role in Stamford, Connecticut
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x9.5 hours, with start times of 8:00–18:00 or 9:00–19:00
• Locals are accepted
• RTO of 5 days or less is preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Connecticut
• Electrophysiology Lab (2 years of experience)
• Electrophysiology Lab experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Background check required within 30 days prior to start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM verification required within 30 days prior to start
• HHS/OIG verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Education verification required
• Skills checklist must be current within the last year
• Work history verification for the last two places of employment
• References from 2 charge nurse, supervisor level or higher contacts
• Annual physical or statement of health within 1 year prior to start
• Fit test required
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap documentation required
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation required
• Negative 9-panel drug screen required
• Flu vaccination or approved declination required by 11/1
• COVID-19 and flu exemption attestations required if applicable

Preferred

• RTO of 5 days or less
• ACLS for RN roles outside the units where it is required by policy
• Tdap
