Overview

Travel/Contract role in Surgical Services
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Unit: CVOR
Number of ORs: 6 total (4 ORs, 1 Hybrid, 1 PV)

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (1 year of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NBSTSA or NCCT
Experience with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair
Experience with Atrial Septal Defect repair
Experience with Carotid endarterectomy
Experience with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
Experience with Endovascular Aneurysm Repair
Experience with Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR)
Experience with Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft
Experience with Mitral Valve Replacement
Experience with Pericardial Window
Experience with Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)

Preferred Qualifications

General, endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Bariatrics, Transplant case experience

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair
Atrial Septal Defect repair
Carotid endarterectomy
Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
Endovascular Aneurysm Repair
Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR)

Schedule and Call

Weekend requirement: up to 2 weekends per month
Call requirement: up to 2 weekends per month, up to 2 weekdays per week, and holiday call if needed

Locals accepted
No floating within scope
No floating to sister facilities
RTO restriction: no more than 5 days
BLS and national certification requirements are as stated above
Scrub color provided by facility for this position
