Overview

Travel/contract role in Jersey City, New Jersey
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role details

Surgical Services assignment
Procedures include heavy ortho, neuro, robotic, spine, general, and GYN cases
About 25 cases per day
Every other weekend required
On-call requirement: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM for 2 days during the week and one weekend per month
Winter holiday coverage required: work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays as needed
First-time travelers are accepted
Scrubs provided
Facility has an on-call room, available on a first-come, first-served basis

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist with 1.5 years of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
NBSTSA or NCCT
