Overview

Travel/Contract role in Torrance, California
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
36 hours per week
May be required to work a 7th shift if census increases, scheduled in advance
Weekend requirement: every other weekend
Floating required
On-call not required
No scheduling requests can be accommodated
Up to 10 days of RTO allowed
Must work 3 of 5 holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Pediatric patients

Additional Requirements

Two supervisor/manager references within a year of start; one Charge RN reference is acceptable
Current resume or application must include all cities and states lived/worked in for the past 7 years
Gaps of 30+ days must be filled
7-year work and/or education history with counties lived/worked required
Candidate must list all travel assignments if previously employed by a travel agency
Background check, education verification, drug testing, TB screening, COVID documentation, Tdap, measles/mumps/rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and other standard onboarding health/document requirements are required per source data
