Job Overview

• Location: Davis, California
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day shift, 4x9 hours
• Hours per week: 36
• Start times: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
• Weekend requirement: Every other full weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Infusion experience within the last year
• 2 years of infusion experience
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ONS/ONCC

Additional Requirements

• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• PALS certification
• NURSYS verification within 30 days of start
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• 7-year background check within 6 months of start
• Sex offender search within 90 days of start
• FACIS Level 3 screening within 2 weeks of start, then monthly
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• California Medi-Cal search if FACIS III cannot be run monthly
• Education verification
• Official transcript or diploma if verification is unsuccessful
• TB screening within 90 days of start and annual renewal
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray documentation
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start and annual renewal
• Respiratory safety clearance
• Drug screen within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccination documentation during flu season
• Tdap vaccination documentation
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
• Color vision exam if applicable
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Employment application with 7 years of work history and no gaps
