Overview

• Travel/contract RN position in Morgantown, West Virginia
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Possible extension: Yes
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Patient ratio: 1:5–7

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in West Virginia
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule Notes

• Weekday and weekend nights
• Blocked scheduling requests are not guaranteed, but the unit will try to accommodate travelers when possible

• Minimum 2 manager/charge references from within the past year
• RN license verification
• Copies of all required certifications

• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire if there is a history of positive TB

• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation preferred
• ReadySet surveys and required facility forms
• Care learning modules
