Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Tech
Location
- Toledo, Ohio

Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday through Friday with Saturday rotation
- No other weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
- 40 hours per week
Job Description
- Position in Nuclear Medicine for the Heart Station department
- Emphasis on Nuclear Cardiology with SPECT Imaging and computer training preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate degree or higher qualification in a field related to allied health

Pros
Helpful staff, lots to learn, bonus pay if you pick up. Training for new things ( procedures)is also done.
Cons
Training on th intermediate floor could be better. An actual list of how to do things. Floating to different units also can get annoying.
