Required Qualifications
Licensure
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience.
- NICU experience must be within the last year.
Education
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
This position offers an opportunity for NICU RNs, including first-time travelers, to work in a Level II Trauma and Pediatric Trauma Center with a supportive teaching hospital environment. The role requires night shifts with variable weekends and involves floating between units. Compliance with comprehensive credentialing, health, and safety requirements is mandatory.
