Job Details

Location: Portland, Oregon (East Portland and surrounding areas)
Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy)
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Typical Caseload: 1:1 patient ratio; up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard
Start Date: ASAP
Weekend Requirement: No
On-Call: No
Floating: No floating between units
Block Schedule: Not accommodated
Locals Accepted: Yes, within 50-75 mile radius
Pending License Accepted: Yes
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to one shift every two weeks
Transportation: Traveler must have own transportation; daily travel radius up to ~60 miles (60-90 minutes total drive time)
Charting System: EPIC Remote Client (laptop), Rover app (phone), and OASIS documentation
Attire: Business casual; scrubs allowed but no specific color required; no jeans
Parking: Free

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
Experience with OASIS documentation
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
