Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: Mount Airy, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, 5 days a week, 8.5 hours per shift)
• Week 1 will be day shift for orientation in CT & X-ray
• No on-call required
• Rotational holiday coverage with existing staff

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA only, RQI acceptable
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – as applicable
• Other certifications may be required depending on unit assignment (refer to unit-specific details)

Orientation and Compliance

• Completion of facility-specific documents prior to start, including:

  • Educational background verification
  • EEOC form
  • Photo/video release form
  • Background release
  • Statement of confidentiality
  • Signature authentication form
  • Employee certification and agreement of compliance
  • EMTALA education and post-test
  • General orientation and safety training
  • Patient sitter education and stroke program answer sheets
  • Occupational health packet (pages 2-5 and top of page 6)

Additional Information

• Radiation badges will be provided by the facility for applicable candidates (no responsibility on agency)
• Start date may be adjustable
