Job Description

• Work Monday through Thursday in a Level 1 Trauma, ICU, and Pediatrics setting.
• Experience with Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner systems preferred.
• Must have experience in Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care.
• The role is physically active, requiring ambulation, reaching, and moving objects over 20 lbs.
• Exposure to patients with contagious illnesses is routine.
• Facility operates 24/7, requiring rotating shifts, holiday work, and work during inclement weather.
• Must be able to work the full term of the contract, assigned shifts, take call, work assigned weekends, and at least 50% of holidays during the contract.

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
• Experience working with Level I Trauma patients, Pediatric patients, Adult patients, and in an Acute Care setting.
• Previous travel experience preferred; however, first-time travelers with 2 years of Level I trauma experience may be considered.
• Experience with Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner systems.
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • AART or ARMRIT certification (MRI-specific)
• Experience in Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care.
• Must meet physical demands of the job.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, assigned weekends, and take call.

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of identity (Photo ID).
• Background checks including 7-year history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and international checks if applicable.
• State-specific background and caregiver screening results required.
• Verification of certifications and licenses within 60 days of start.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start (specific mask types required).
• Immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or approved exemption)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (updated annually)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunity or vaccination
  • Hepatitis B series or positive titer (declinations not accepted for new candidates)
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption (required during flu season)
• Drug screening (7 panel) within 60 days of start.
• Professional references (2 within last 2 years).
• Resume with at least 7 years of employment history, no gaps over 30 days.
• Completion of facility-specific forms including confidentiality agreements and safety acknowledgments.

Physical & Work Environment

• Active role requiring physical stamina.
• Exposure to infectious diseases.
• Work in a healthcare facility open 24/7.
• Rotating shifts, holiday, and weekend work required.

• Candidates must be able to work at the assigned location for the full contract duration.

• Orientation and safety training required.
