Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Shift: 3x12 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts (schedule may change based on manager needs)
• Schedule: No block scheduling; Sunday through Wednesday
• Radius Rule: Must live outside a 50-mile radius (locals not accepted)
• Pending License: Not accepted; must comply with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines
• Return to Office (RTO): All RTO requests must be submitted with the initial application

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent CT Technologist experience in the CT specialty, including experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT) certification required

Certifications & Compliance

• BLS (Basic Life Support): Required (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): May be required depending on assignment area
• National CT Tech certification on ARRT required
• Fit Mask Test: 3M N-95 1860 or 1870+ mask fit test within 1 year, must pass without limitations
• Background checks including statewide, county, federal, education verification, sex offender search, and adult abuse registry (TN only) required within specified timeframes
• Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start (no pending compliance allowed)
• Immunizations: Proof of vaccines or positive antibody titers required for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• Physical exam attesting ability to meet job demands within 1 year of start
• Photo for badge with strict guidelines (passport-style photo, no hats, no glasses glare, no filters)

Additional Requirements

• Two recent professional references required
• Skills checklist and internal evaluations may be required for contract extensions or agency tenure
• Facility-specific dress code: Ceil blue scrubs with optional white lab coat or matching scrub jacket for CT Techs; no prints or embroidered scrubs allowed
• Confidentiality acknowledgment must be signed prior to start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (October 1 – April 30) with mask-wearing if exempted

• Locals within 50 miles are not accepted for this travel contract
• No accommodation for block scheduling
• All documentation and compliance must be complete prior to start; no exceptions for pending items
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required but first-time travelers must have 3+ years recent specialty experience
