Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech

Location: Oxford, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM


Job Summary

Seeking an Ultrasound Tech with experience in Radiology/Cardiology. This is a travel contract position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

  • Physical exam attesting ability to meet job demands, updated annually.
  • Background checks including EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG within 30 days of start and updated with contract renewals.
  • Facility-specific documentation and compliance with safety and privacy policies.
  • Annual competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable.

Notes

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
  • Candidates requesting religious or medical exemptions for flu vaccine must complete facility-specific exemption forms with appropriate documentation.
  • Orientation and training will be provided through an online learning management system.
