Job Description

• No block scheduling available.
• 48-hour guaranteed time is not available.
• Must include Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License with application (required by state for temporary nursing assignments).
• At least two specific interview dates/times must be provided; "anytime" is not accepted.
• Requested time off (RTO) during the assignment must be noted and verified at profile upload; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed. RTO requests after submission or during interview will not be approved.
• Travelers must have voicemail set up and be reachable by phone; those without voicemail will be redirected.
• Facility will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles of the assignment location.
• Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable dress code.
• Orientation is 8 hours, non-billable.
• Holiday and overtime multipliers apply.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts (must be uploaded with profile).
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
• Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course.
• Current certifications (must be in hand and uploaded with profile):

  • American Heart Association BLS
  • American Heart Association ACLS
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
  • American Heart Association PALS
• Experience in Supervisory roles.
• Skills Checklists (pertinent to Emergency Room and Supervisory roles) current within 1 year and documented.
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle for assignment transportation.
• Permanent address must be included in profile upload.
