Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Patient ratio: 4-5 patients during the day / 5-6 patients at night
EMR system: EPIC
Typical hours: 36-40 hours/week (overtime billable after 40 hours)
Orientation available on multiple upcoming dates

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Iowa
At least 2 years of RN experience (higher value from description)
At least 1 prior travel contract completed (prior travel experience required)
EPIC experience required
Valid Driver’s License
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
License verification and copy of required certifications
Work history/resume and supervisory reference required
Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

Night shift position in Med Surg/Telemetry specialty
May require floating within the RN discipline across local campuses
Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply
Call back and on-call pay available
