Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in New Hampshire
- Long Term Care (3 years of experience)
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel experience
- Rural or small facility experience

- Skills checklist completed within the last year
- 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment
- Active certifications at time of submission
Work Setting / Responsibilities
- Long-term care setting
- Supervise nursing assistants within scope and licensing requirements
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete computerized medication/treatment documentation
- Perform wound care, including knowledge of wound vacs
- Manage oxygen and gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings per policy
- Support resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and shift reporting
- Oversee infection control and unit safety
- Assist with staff orientation, education, and evaluation

- Scrubs required: matching top and bottoms
