Job Opportunity: MRI Technician

Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Required Credentials and Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required for submission and onboarding (American Heart Association certification required for direct patient care personnel)
• ARRT or ARMRIT Certification – Required for submission
• State of Ohio License/Certificate Verification – Required for submission and must be dated within 30 days of start
• Trinity Profile – Resume, skills checklist (within a year), and 2 professional references required for submission

Onboarding Requirements

• BLS certification (scanned copy of front and back of card)
• License verification dated within 30 days of start
• Fit Test (specific to mask type)
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days; must include specific substances; no THC)
• Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Completed Trinity I9 form
• Signed Confidentiality and System Security Agreement
• Signed Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
• Specialty Specific Competency Testing (must be completed within the last year)
• Color Vision test
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025), or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first dose prior to start)
• Influenza vaccine proof or declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL) for current flu season
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive, per regional requirements)
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification; dated within 30 days of start)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and statewide checks where applicable
• System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
