Location: Maywood, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel
ARRT Certification
State of Illinois License
Fit Test (personal health requirement)
Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (must be completed within 30 days of start)
COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster, declination not accepted in IL)
MMR Vaccination (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)

Influenza Vaccine (required for the flu season)

Pros

Some of the staff are nice and helpful. Pretty big department.

Cons

Assignments can be heavy, got told I would be Neo/Peds, but I get floated everywhere (adults floors/ICU). Have to pay to park ($2/day) in further garage or $5 in closer garage. And the worst is 8hr assignments!
