Required Qualifications

Active Minnesota RN licensure
AHA BLS
NIHSS
2+ years of medical-surgical orthopedic/general surgery experience
At least 1 travel assignment
Must live outside a 50-mile radius

Unit Details

Inpatient orthopedic/general surgery medical-surgical unit
40-bed unit
Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on days; 1:5-6 on nights

Schedule Expectations

First week orientation is usually 40 hours
May be floated to other general west side units
May be low censused and placed on call
Call-back minimum is 2 hours
Every other weekend and holidays as needed
