Position Details

Required Qualifications

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Preferred Certifications:

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapist experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to evaluate patient reactions to respiratory therapy and recommend treatment plans
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and nursing staff
