Job Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Springfield, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 6 weeks


Job Description

  • Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients referred for speech therapy services.
  • Duties include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting, and modifying treatment programs.
  • Communicates speech recommendations with caregivers.
  • Participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education.
  • Engages in administrative duties and performance improvement activities.
  • Pursues professional growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, including experience within the last year.
  • Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies.
